This limited warranty is given by podbot LLC, Miami, Florida (“we”) to the original purchaser of a new podbot bought from podbot.fun (“you”). It is not transferable.

What is covered

The podbot hardware — the device, and the clear holder and woven cord if bought from us — against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How long

The device: one year from the date of delivery. The clear holder and the woven cord: 90 days from delivery. Repairs and replacements are covered for the remainder of the original period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the period, we will, at our choice and at no charge to you, repair the product with new or refurbished parts, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or better function, or refund the price you paid. Replaced parts and products become ours. We pay shipping both ways for warranty service in the United States and Canada; elsewhere you ship it to us and we ship it back.

How to get service

Email hello@podbot.fun with your order number, a description of the problem and, if you can, a photo or short video. We’ll reply within two business days with instructions and, where needed, a shipping label. Back up anything on the device first; service may erase it. Keep your proof of purchase — the order confirmation email is enough.

What is not covered

Normal wear and cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, worn cord); accidental damage, drops, crushing, liquid damage beyond the stated rating; damage from misuse, accident, fire, or use with products not made or approved by us; damage from service or modification by anyone other than us; software problems caused by software you install or modify, or by a botOS build not supplied by us; consumable parts such as the battery once its capacity has fallen through normal use after the period; products with the serial number removed or altered; products bought from anyone other than podbot.fun.

Implied warranties and damages

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost data, lost funds in a wallet, or loss of use, arising from a breach of this warranty.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Consumers outside the United States

If you bought as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal guarantee of conformity (two years in the EU) that this warranty adds to and does not reduce. Consumers elsewhere keep the rights their local law gives them.

Disputes

We don’t operate a formal dispute-settlement mechanism; write to us first and we will try to put it right. Otherwise the disputes section of the terms of sale applies.
